体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,是学校教育所要实现的三大目标之一。现代教育学认为,教学过程中应该完成教育、教养和发展三个方面的任务,这三者体现着德育、智育、体育三个方面的要求。早在一百多年前,科学社会主义的伟大创始人马克思就英明预见:“未来教育对所有已满一定年龄的儿童来说,就是生产劳动同智育和体育相结合,它不仅是提高社会生产的一种方法,而且是造就全面发展的人的唯一方法”。（马克思《资本论》第一卷第十三章第四节）健康的体魄、充沛的精力是人们更好地完成学习和工作任务的物质基础。因此,在学校教育中体育可以促进智育的发展,同时也是学校进行德育的重要手段之一。
Physical education is an important part of school education and one of the three major goals to be fulfilled in school education. Modern pedagogy holds that the three tasks of education, rearing and development should be completed in the process of teaching. All three represent the requirements of moral education, intellectual education and sports. As early as a hundred years ago, Marx, the great founder of scientific socialism, wisely foresaw: “Future education for all children of a certain age is the combination of productive labor and intellectual and physical education. It not only improves social production But also the only way to create a fully developed person. ” (Marx’s “Capital” Volume I, Chapter XIII, Section IV) Physical fitness, abundant energy is the material basis for people to better learn and work tasks. Therefore, in school education, physical education can promote the development of intellectual education, and is also one of the important means of moral education in schools.
