[目的]研究蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox)籽中生物碱成分及其抗氧化和抑菌活性。[方法]应用硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化并鉴定化合物结构。使用ABTS和FRAP法检测抗氧化能力,并考察其对甘蓝链格孢菌、葡萄灰霉菌、番茄叶霉菌的抑菌效果。[结果]分离得到1种化合物,鉴定为洋蜡梅碱(calycanthine)。其对ABTS阳离子自由基清除作用较强,IC_(50)值为(3.24±0.08)mg/L;抑菌结果显示其对3种菌株均具有一定的抑菌活性。[结论]洋蜡梅碱具有较强的抗氧化活性和抑菌活性。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the alkaloid constituents of Chimonanthus praecox seeds and their anti-oxidation and antibacterial activity. [Method] The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The ABTS and FRAP methods were used to detect the antioxidant capacity and the antibacterial activity against Alternaria solani, Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium solani were investigated. [Result] One kind of compound was isolated and identified as calycanthine. The scavenging effect of ABTS on cationic free radical was strong, with IC 50 value of (3.24 ± 0.08) mg / L. The antibacterial activity showed that it had certain antibacterial activity against all three strains. [Conclusion] Corylline has strong anti-oxidation activity and antibacterial activity.
