目的:观察狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者肾组织中单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-1)的分布与肾小管间质病变的关系,分析其与患者蛋白尿及肾间质单核细胞浸润之间的联系,探讨其在LN患者肾小管间质病变发生中的作用。方法:18例经肾活检确诊的LN患者,肾间质MCP-1及CD68+浸润细胞检测采用PAP四层法进行免疫组化染色,分析肾间质MCP-1的分布与患者蛋白尿程度,间质CD68+细胞浸润以及肾小管间质损伤程度的关系。结果:18例患者肾组织中MCP-1主要位于肾小管及间质小血管壁。肾小管MCP-1的表达与患者尿蛋白程度无相关性,但与间质CD68+细胞浸润数及肾间质病变的程度明显相关。结论:LN患者肾小管MCP-1表达增加,是导致间质单核细胞浸润及肾小管间质损伤的一个重要原因。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the distribution of monocyte chemotactic factor (MCP-1) and tubulointerstitial lesions in renal tissue of patients with lupus nephritis (LN), and to analyze the relationship between MCP-1 and tubulointerstitial lesions in patients with proteinuria and interstitial mononuclear cell infiltration Between the relationship between LN in patients with tubulointerstitial lesions in the role. Methods: 18 cases of LN patients confirmed by renal biopsy were examined by immunohistochemical staining of MCP-1 and CD68 + in adrenal interstitial cells. The distribution of MCP-1 in renal interstitium and the level of proteinuria were analyzed. CD68 + cell infiltration and the degree of tubulointerstitial injury. Results: MCP-1 in renal tissue of 18 patients was mainly located in the small blood vessels of the tubules and the stroma. The expression of tubular MCP-1 had no correlation with the degree of urinary protein in patients, but it was significantly correlated with the number of interstitial CD68 + cells and the degree of renal interstitial lesions. CONCLUSION: Increased expression of MCP-1 in the renal tubules of LN patients is an important cause of interstitial mononuclear cell infiltration and tubulointerstitial injury.
