随着我国正式成为ＴＷＯ的会员和申请奥运会的日期的临近，以及世界文化的交融，国内的人与外面的世界的交流越来越多。是否能使用外语交流，成为今后衡量一个人的素质的标准之一。在国际上，英语是很多国家和场合下的官方语言。所以，对于大多数年轻人来说，学习英语已经成为工作和生活的必要。甚至在很多情况下，直接决定着就业、升职、加薪。同时，所有的人都认识到，作为一门语言，除了能看．能写，更重要的是听、是说。
