国家海洋局第二海洋研究所于1985年10月11—30日,完成了配合我同在10月21日发射的科学探测和技术试验卫星飞越海南岛时的地面准同步考察和海南岛航空遥感飞行实验任务。参加这次任务的有遥感室、海岸室及机关的同志共14人,他们在任务重,时间紧、生活条件艰苦的情况下,较好地完成了任务。共拍摄了彩航片400多张(60米),黑白航片200多张(30米),地面实况照片300余张,收集了海南岛有关县的农业区划报告集7本和一些图件资料,采集,了矿石、地质、植被等样品,记录了大量的地质地貌、植被分布、土地利用、水系、海岸滩涂等情况,初步对海南岛的资源概况有了一个总体的认识,为今后的研究工作打下了基础。
