近年来,国内已经大量地将刚性CFG桩复合地基应用于20~30层的高层、超高层建筑中,复合地基承载力可以达到650kPa。刚性CFG桩优点是强度高、密实度好,而且这种优点随着其围压的增大而更加突出,为了充分发挥刚性CFG桩的这一优点,并使桩头或接近桩头段在高承载力的情况下不致破坏,采用CFG桩上部插筋增强,使CFG桩复合地基的整体水平抗剪、水平抗弯和竖向抗压能力得到明显提高,从而使得CFG桩复合地基在大型高层、超高层等建筑中得到更广泛的应用。本文通过光华国际世贸中心地基处理工程实例,详细介绍插筋增强型CFG桩复合地基新技术,该技术可以有效扩展现有刚性CFG桩应用范围,并可以成功应用到复合地基承载力特征值最高达到938kPa的建筑工程当中。
