我厂是一个处理铅锌铜多金属矿的小型选矿厂。原矿的性质比较复杂,品位相差也很悬殊。为适应这种情况,我厂采取了以下两种方法。 (一)进行合理配比,处理不同矿石由于矿石的产地不同,各种矿石的可浮性差异较大。对这种情况,我们对不同类型的矿石进行搭配试验。在广西冶金研究所的帮助下,对难浮选分离和易浮选分离的矿石配比选矿,取得了较满意的结果。难选矿石的产品质量由绝大部分等外品上升为4—5品级,产品回收率提高4~6%。这为我厂从外地购进矿石,以满足生产需要开辟了一条路子。 (二)工艺流程灵活我厂的工艺流程是部分混合浮选,铅铜混合浮选是一粗四精三扫,锌流程
