机床的结构是金切机床上刀具和工件之间,测量机上测量头和被测工件之间的极重要环节。机床的金属切除率,精度,全部成本,加工方式及投料到产品完成的时间均取决于结构材料及其特点。为了在切削力及机床部件移动时重量的影响下仍保持精度,其结构须有很好静、动态刚性。为此,结构应采用封闭式箱形结构,尽量减少扭曲变形。理想上最好是“自加固”结构,
