Nogo-A和生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)是近年来人们在中枢神经系统中研究发现的与神经系统再生和修复相关的蛋白,而缺血后适应(PC)是近年来发现的一种新的干预措施,对损伤的脑神经具有保护作用。本文就Nogo-A、GAP-43、白质的保护及缺血后适应对神经保护的作用进行综述。
Nogo-A and growth-associated protein-43 (GAP-43) are proteins that have been found in the central nervous system in recent years and are related to nervous system regeneration and repair.
