目的 研究胎头高浮剖宫产时应用大S拉钩助产的效果。方法 将大S拉钩放于宫壁与胎儿枕骨下缘之间 ,一手握拉钩柄轻下压固定胎头使之不上翘 ,一手伸入宫腔内绕过胎头最低点用手掌上托胎头使之仰伸娩出。结果 用大S拉钩助产缩短胎头娩出时间 ,避免新生儿窒息及于宫切口撕裂。结论 大S拉钩助产取头速度明显快于直接用手取头 ,宫腔操作时间短 ,刺激胎儿轻 ,对母儿无影响。
Objective To study the effect of applying large S pull-hook midwifery during high birth rate cesarean section. Methods Large S pull hook placed between the uterine wall and the fetus lower edge of the occipital bone, one hand holding the hook handle light pressure to fix the fetal head so that it is not upturned, one hand into the uterine cavity around the lowest fetal head with the palm of your hand Head to make it stretch out. The results with large S pull hook abortion shorten the delivery time of fetal head, to prevent neonatal asphyxia and tear in the uterine incision. Conclusion Large S pull hook midwifery head speed was significantly faster than direct use of the hand, the uterine cavity operation time is short, to stimulate the fetus light, no effect on the mother and child.
