以壳聚糖为基体,电气石为分散相,采用溶液纺丝法制备电气石/壳聚糖复合纤维,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及红外光谱仪对材料进行表征。电气石/壳聚糖复合纤维与人骨肉瘤细胞株(MG63)体外共培养,初步评价了材料的细胞相容性。结果显示,电气石颗粒在复合纤维中分散均匀且被壳聚糖包裹,纤维表面无裸露电气石。细胞在电气石/壳聚糖复合纤维表面黏附及生长增殖状况良好,材料对细胞无明显毒性。该材料有望成为一种良好的创伤修复敷料。
With chitosan as matrix and tourmaline as disperse phase, the tourmaline / chitosan composite fiber was prepared by solution spinning method. The materials were characterized by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer. Tourmaline / chitosan composite fiber and human osteosarcoma cell line (MG63) in vitro co-culture, preliminary evaluation of the material cell compatibility. The results showed that the tourmaline particles dispersed evenly in the composite fibers and was encapsulated by chitosan. There was no exposed tourmaline on the fiber surface. Cells in the tourmaline / chitosan composite fiber surface adhesion and growth and proliferation in good condition, the material has no obvious toxicity to the cells. The material is expected to become a good wound repair dressing.
