对于县办技工学校来说,由于专业不能固定,变化较多,所以经常要外聘专业教师。学生对外聘专业教师期望值很高,因为他们具有丰富的实践知识和熟练的操作技能,学生们渴望从他们那里学到书本上学不到的东西。尽管我们招聘的专业教师是经过认真挑选的,但是因为他们没有或很少有过教学经验,不懂教学方法,教学水平偏低,教学效果不理想,常常使学生感到失望,这就给提高教学质量带来了新课题。面对这种状况,我们没有放任自流,而是采取果断措施,由班主任牵头积极帮他们提高教学水平。
