一直以来,人力资源管理和人事档案管理相互依赖、相互促进、同步发展,二者作为一个有机的整体,不可分离。人事档案管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,加强人事档案管理工作,科学规范地管理人事档案,抓好人事档案的制度建设,是做好人事工作的必要条件[1]。合理、高效地开展人事档案管理工作,将大力推进企业的人力资源管理工作的开展,从而增强企业的核心竞争力,宣传企业形象,提升企业地位,促进企业健康、可持续地发展。本文旨在讨论在企业人力资源管理中,人事档案管理的重要地位、存在的问题及相应的解决方案,为企业如何做好人事档案管理工作提供一些可行性的思路。
All along, human resources management and personnel records management rely on each other, promote each other, simultaneous development, the two as an organic whole, inseparable. Personnel file management is an important part of human resource management. Strengthening personnel file management, scientifically and properly managing personnel files, and properly handling the system of personnel files are all necessary conditions for personnel work [1]. The management of personnel files in a reasonable and efficient manner will vigorously promote the development of human resources management in enterprises so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, publicize corporate image, enhance corporate status and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the important position, existing problems and corresponding solutions of personnel file management in the human resource management of enterprises, and to provide some feasible ideas for how to do the personnel file management well.
