采用ABAQUS软件建立薄壁铝合金圆管及泡沫铝填充薄壁铝合金圆管的有限元模型,对这2种结构的轴向压缩力学行为进行数值模拟,并且与相应的实验结果作对比。结果表明,数值模拟与实验结果基本吻合。依据薄壁铝合金圆管及泡沫铝填充薄壁铝合金圆管的应力应变图,对2种结构的力学性能做对比,发现填充泡沫铝后,层合圆管承受压力的能力大大提高。
ABAQUS software was used to establish the finite element model of the thin-walled aluminum alloy pipe filled with thin-walled aluminum alloy tube and foam aluminum thin-walled aluminum alloy tube. The axial compressive mechanical behaviors of the two structures were numerically simulated and compared with the corresponding experimental results. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results. According to the stress-strain diagrams of the thin-walled aluminum alloy tube filled with thin-walled aluminum alloy tube and aluminum foam tube, the mechanical properties of the two kinds of structures are compared. It is found that the ability of the laminated tube tube to withstand the pressure is greatly improved after the aluminum foam is filled.
