目的探讨糖尿病对心脏植物神经功能的影响。方法用立位反射的立卧位心率差(B-A)、立卧位时心率比值(B/C),深呼吸时心搏间距变化(HRV)及眼心反射3种方法4个指标对26例糖尿病患者,进行心脏植物神经功能检测分析。结果糖尿病组B-A、B/C、HRV、眼心反射的异常率与正常对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。糖尿病组中,HRV、B/C、眼心反射异常率明显高于B-A异常率(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病对患者心脏植物神经功能有损害,以迷走神经为主。
Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes on cardiac autonomic function. Methods Three indexes of vertical reflection (B-A), heart rate ratio (B / C) in vertical position, heart rate change (HRV) Cases of diabetic patients, cardiac autonomic nerve function test analysis. Results The abnormal rates of B-A, B / C, HRV and ocular reflex in diabetic group were significantly different from those in normal control group (P <0.01). In the diabetic group, HRV, B / C and ocular reflex abnormalities were significantly higher than those of B-A abnormalities (P <0.01). Conclusion Diabetes has impaired cardiac autonomic function in patients with predominantly vagus nerve.
