全国总工会近日发出通知,要求各级工会依照《工会法》、《劳动法》和《中国工会章程》的规定,组织进城务工人员加入工会。这是全总首次就维护进城务工人员合法权益问题专门发布的文件。
The All-China Federation of Trade Unions recently issued a circular calling on trade unions at all levels to organize migrant workers to join trade unions in accordance with the provisions of the “Trade Union Law,” “Labor Law” and “China’s Trade Unions Constitution.” This is the first time that the entire government has released documents specifically on the issue of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers in cities.
