三轴数控加工中常用的一种加工方法是环切加工,其轨迹生成有两种方式:1.单个轨迹环为封闭状态,相对下一个环为等距离的。环与环之间采用直线加插补点连接。此种方法的等距线生成较为简单。2.环与环之间均采用螺旋等距线连接。基本方法是计算出加工曲面集的最大外轮廓线,将其投影在一个平面上形成复杂外轮廓的平面曲线。再计算出该平面曲线的螺旋等距线将其投影到加工曲面集的刀位面上形成刀位点。本文研究平面复杂外轮廓螺旋等距线的生成方法,对数控加工中的环切加工轨迹生成有着重要的意义。
A commonly used three-axis CNC machining processing is ring cutting processing, the trajectory generated in two ways: 1. A single track ring is closed, relative to the next ring is equidistant. Between the ring and the ring using a straight line plus interpolation point connection. This method of equidistance line generation is relatively simple. 2. Ring and ring are used between the spiral isometric line connection. The basic method is to calculate the maximum outer contour of the machining surface set and project it on a plane to form a plane curve of the complex outer contour. Then calculate the helical equidistant line of the plane curve and project it onto the cutter surface of the machining surface set to form the cutter point. This paper studies the method of generating planar equiaxial spiral equidistant lines, which is of great significance to the generation of circumcircle machining trajectories in CNC machining.
