核电厂循环水系统的水泵功率大、能耗高,通过合理的节能优化,可以显著降低运行成本。本文结合具体工程,从工况转换、利用虹吸、管材选择三个方面,分析了节能措施的效果。结果表明,利用循泵冬夏季工况转换可以减少水泵流量,降低运行费用;利用虹吸作用,采用钢筋混凝土内衬玻璃钢管材可以有效降低水泵扬程,节约水泵的运行费用。
Nuclear power plant circulating pump water pump power, high energy consumption, through a reasonable energy-saving optimization, can significantly reduce operating costs. Based on the concrete project, this paper analyzes the effect of energy-saving measures from the aspects of working conditions conversion, utilization of siphon and pipe selection. The results show that the use of circulating pump in winter and summer can reduce the pump flow rate and reduce the operation cost. By using siphon effect, the reinforced concrete lining FRP pipe can effectively reduce the pump lift and save the running cost of the pump.
