制备了HT200和HT150两种牌号灰口铸铁抗拉试样并进行了拉伸试验。通过对强度值进行Weibull统计分析以及对试样的石墨形态的观察分析,认为灰口铸铁的脆性表现主要在于片状石墨的切割作用;片状石墨的不均匀分布是造成灰口铸铁抗拉强度值分散的主要原因。
Two kinds of HT200 and HT150 gray cast iron tensile specimens were prepared and tested. Through the Weibull statistical analysis of the intensity value and the observation and analysis of the graphite morphology of the sample, it is considered that the brittleness of the gray cast iron is mainly due to the flaking effect of the flake graphite; the uneven distribution of the flake graphite is the result of the tensile strength The main reason for the spread of value.
