10%硫黄乳剂为治疗疥疮和牛皮癣等皮肤病的常用药品。其作用特点为无油腻性、易用水洗除;是水包油型(O/W)乳剂型基质。主要硫黄的释放和穿透皮肤要较凡士林与其它基质为快。经过我院皮肤科长期的临床观察,其疗效较好。我院药剂科原配制的10%硫黄乳剂是将过筛的硫黄细粉,加甘油润湿后在再加入配制好的O/W 乳剂内,经过充分搅拌,制成硫黄乳剂。这样配制的结果,不仅费力、费时,而且甘油、三乙醇胺等药品用量较大,同时,配成的硫黄乳剂也不够均匀,细腻,往往鉴定含量
