近年来,上海市保密局按照中央和市委关于保密工作的总体要求和部署,把握上海世博会等重大契机,按照“强基础、广覆盖、重机制、深管理、严监管、优服务”的工作方针,积极在创新上求突破,努力在落实上下功夫,形成了一系列适应现实要求的工作理念,制定了一系列具有针对性操作性的制度规章,推出了一系列切实可行的方法举措,有力提升了新形势下保密工作的成效。
