精确估计儿童的骨成熟情况有助于更好地确定矫形治疗的最佳时间。本研究目的是证实尖牙钙化与骨成熟间的关系。但需要在大量资料的基础上才可把尖牙的发育视为一种有效的临床判别指标。 材料与方法 资料来自200名男孩和215名女孩治疗前的全颌曲面断层片和手腕骨X线片。按Greulich和Pyle法从手腕骨确定骨龄,用Tanner和Whitehouse法识别指骨不同的钙化阶段及内收肌籽骨出现,按Demirjian的牙钙化分期判断下尖牙的发育阶段。全部资料由3人在暗室中完成(Kappa值0.67~1.00)。用卡方和Kendall's tau统计法进行分析。 结果 骨成熟指标:内收肌籽骨出现的平均骨龄
The accurate estimation of children's bone maturation helps to better determine the optimal time for orthopedic treatment. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between canine calcification and bone maturation. However, on the basis of a large amount of data, the development of fangs can be considered as an effective clinical discriminant index. MATERIALS AND METHODS Data from 200 boys and 215 girls pre-treatment total jaw curved surfaces and wrist bone radiographs. According to Greulich and Pyle method, the bone age was determined from the wrist bones. Tanner and Whitehouse methods were used to identify the different calcifications of the phalanges and adductor myeloid bone. The developmental stages of the canines were determined according to Demirjian's dental calcification. All data from the dark room by 3 people to complete (Kappa value of 0.67 ~ 1.00).
