姚振宗是晚清一位优秀的目录学家,他精通校勘、考证、版本、辑佚之学,并将它们熔铸于一炉用于目录学,在他几十年治目录学生涯中,凭着他丰富的学识和严谨的学风,撰有洋洋几百万言的目录学著作,成为我国古典目录学宝库中珍贯的遗产。因此,研究姚振宗目录学著作,总结他的目录学思想和方法对我们今天整理古籍,开发祖国文化遗产具有一定的现实意义.本文力求系统阐述姚振宗目录学活动和成就,并对其所著《隋书·经籍志考证》作专门深入的探讨,从而总结和概括出姚振宗的目录学思想和方法.
Yao Zhenzong is an outstanding bibliographer in the late Qing Dynasty.
