本文研究了潮湿环境下聚合物乳胶粉对高强修补砂浆的工作性能及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:聚合物乳胶粉种类对高强修补砂浆拌合物稠度有一定的影响,在一定的范围内,聚合物乳胶粉掺量对高强修补砂浆拌合物稠度的影响相对较小。在潮湿的水养护环境下,高强修补砂浆的抗压强度随着聚合物乳胶粉掺量的增大而降低,而对抗折强度早期影响不大,大掺量时会导致后期抗折强度显著降低,压折比则随着掺量的增大而呈现着减小的趋势。随着聚合物乳胶粉掺量的增大,修补砂浆14d粘结强度会增大,但掺量增加到一定后,强度的增长率会相应的降低。
In this paper, the effect of polymer latex powder on working performance and physical and mechanical properties of high-strength repaired mortar under humid environment was studied. The results show that polymer latex powder has a certain influence on the consistency of high-strength mortar mortar.
