绝大多数基因型大麦的花培绿苗率太低,是阻碍花培技术应用于大麦育种的原因。几年采,我们用各种基因型大麦,研究内外因素与其花培绿苗率的关系,从而通过改进培养方法,调整培养基成分,注意供体材料的生理状况,低温预处理,和用绿苗率高基因型杂交法改善某些花培反应差的基因型的培养反应等综合措施,不仅使试验过的绝大多数基因型材料都可分化出绿苗,而且100余个基因型的绿苗频率已达3%
