There are two types of processes for producing circular orifice plates using forming machines: the extrusion molding process and the push-molding process. The former uses the rotation of a screw reamer to continuously squeeze the concrete into the molding, while the latter uses the connecting rod. The reciprocating intermittent motion of the slider pushes the concrete against the mannequin and forms it. Although the mechanical construction principles of the two forming processes are different, the concrete used is ultra-hard dry concrete.
