本文介绍了日本健康保险制度及其管理体制的发展历史和对医疗的影响。指出现行的由政府统一管制的医疗经济体制限制了医疗机构的扩大再生产,并使地方医疗机构面临崩溃的危险。文章还提出了日本健康保险制度改革的方向。
This article describes the history of the development of the Japanese health insurance system and its management system and its impact on health care. It is pointed out that the current medical economic system, which is regulated by the government, restricts the expansion and reproduction of medical institutions and puts local medical institutions at risk of collapse. The article also proposed the direction of the Japanese health insurance system reform.
