一、医院改革的本质及其完善机制的含义医院改革,从本质上说:是社会主义生产关系和上层建筑的自我完善,使上层建筑适应经济基础、生产关系适应生产力的发展。因此,医院改革深化发展的机制,总起来说,也就是“两个适应,一个发展”的自我完善机制。人类社会之所以能够不断向前发展,从根本上说,就是生产力和生产关系,经济基础和上层建筑这两对基本矛盾及其运动制约
