企业群众文化是社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,它是一项以企业精神为核心,群众行为为基础,涵盖着物质文化、制度文化和精神文化等方面的系统工程。从某种意义上讲,企业群众文化的落后比企业技术的落后更可怕。群众文化不直接解决企业赢利不赢利的问题,它事关企业持续发展的重大问题,百年企业是通过文化来延续的,古今中外概莫能外。即《文化制胜》丛书之中的《如何建设企业文化》表明:“财富不能创造文化,文化却能创造财富”
The mass culture of enterprises is an important part of the socialist cultural construction. It is a systematic project that takes enterprise spirit as the core and mass activities as the basis and covers material, institutional and spiritual cultures. In a sense, the backwardness of corporate mass culture is even more terrible than the backwardness of corporate technology. The mass culture does not directly solve the problem of profit-making or non-profitability of enterprises. It is a matter of major issues concerning the sustainable development of enterprises. The enterprises of a century run through the culture and can not be overextended at all times and in all countries. “How to Build Corporate Culture” in the series entitled “Winning Culture” shows: “Wealth can not create culture but culture can create wealth.”
