目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合硫氮酮治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法对符合条件的57例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠和硫氮酮。结果治疗组总有效率92.9%,显著高于对照组65.5%,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠和硫氮酮联合治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期患者有显著疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with thiazidemione on acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 57 cases of acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group added tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate and diazepam on the basis of this. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (65.5%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate and sulfadiazine combined treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease have a significant effect.
