目的:研究秦皮乙素在玻碳电极(GCE)上的伏安行为,建立测定秦皮乙素含量的一种新的电化学分析方法。方法:在pH 4.5磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法研究秦皮乙素浓度在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,以差示脉冲伏安法对其含量进行测定。结果:秦皮乙素溶液在2.0×10-7~3.2×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.6×10-8mol·L-1,相对标准偏差为2.5%。结论:建立了秦皮乙素的电化学检测方法,本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,用于中药秦皮中秦皮乙素的含量测定,结果满意。
Objective: To study the voltammetric behavior of aesculetin on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and to establish a new electrochemical method for the determination of aesculetin. Methods: The electrochemical behavior of aesculetin on glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry in pH 4.5 phosphate buffer solution. The content of aesculetin was determined by differential pulse voltammetry. Results: The calibration curve of aesculetin was 2.0 × 10-7 ~ 3.2 × 10-6 mol·L-1 with the detection limit of 2.6 × 10-8 mol·L-1 and the relative standard deviation of 2.5%. Conclusion: The electrochemical detection method of aesculetin is established. The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The method was applied to the determination of aesculetin in the Chinese traditional medicine. The results were satisfactory.
