党的十七届四中全会提出“把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。”国有企业党组织作为党的基层组织的重要组成部分,必须深刻领会和认真贯彻全会精神,深入开展学习型党组织建设,不断增强党组织的凝聚力、战斗力,发挥政治核心作用,推进国有企业在新形势下的科学发展。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party proposed that “building party organizations at all levels into learning party organizations and the basic project of building a learning party of Marxism.” As the most important part of the party’s grass-roots organizations, We must profoundly understand and conscientiously implement the spirit of the plenary session, conduct in-depth study on the building of a learning party organization, continuously enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organization, give full play to its political core role and promote the scientific development of state-owned enterprises in the new situation.
