目的考察不同加工方法对枸骨叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,梯度洗脱,对不同加工方法的枸骨叶甲醇提取物进行高效液相色谱分析。结果熊果酸在55~550μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;齐墩果酸在35~350μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。晒干和阴干的样品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量较高,分别为1.45%,0.31%和1.43%,0.30%。结论该方法简便、重复性好、准确度高,为枸骨叶的合理加工提供了参考依据。
Objective To investigate the effects of different processing methods on the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaves of. Methods Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with gradient elution was used to analyze the methanol extracts of Holothria oleracea L. from different processing methods. Results Ursolic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 55-550 μg / mL with r = 0.999 9. Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 35-350 μg / mL with r = 0.999 9. The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in the dried and dried samples were 1.45%, 0.31% and 1.43%, 0.30% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and accurate. It provides a reference for rational processing of Holloc albus leaves.
