创造性地开展农民住房贷款,是信用社整合农村资源,挖掘培育客户,寻求支农新的经济增长点,同时积极履行社会责任,配合社会主义新农村、新农舍建设大局,扩延信用社支农内涵的有益尝试。实践中,菏泽市信用联社贯彻落实山东省农村住房建设与危房改造工作会议精神,因地制宜创新贷款品种,走出了一条农民住房贷款新路子。
