B_9对菊花生长与开花的影响

本试验以菊花“彪马”Chrysanthemummorifolium“puma”作供试材料研究了不同浓度B9(比久 )对菊花的矮化效应 .结果表明 :B9对菊花“彪马”株高有显著的抑制作用 ,且随浓度的递增 ( 2 50 ppm ,350ppm ,450 ppm)抑制作用加强 .在 2 50 ppm和 350 ppm处理区出现茎粗超过对照 .2 50 ppm处理植株出现最多叶数而其它处理都比对照少 .所有处理中叶绿素含量分别比对照增加了 1 4.78%、1 5.1 4%和 1 7.43%,从而提高了光合效率 .说明B9可促进节间缩短 ,使茎杆矮壮、坚实 ,使高瘦的植株变得紧凑 ,整株姿态良好 ,提高了观赏价值 In this study, the dwarfing effect of Chrysanthemum morifolium “puma” on the dwarfing effect of chrysanthemum “Chrysanthemummorifolium” puma was studied in this paper.The results showed that: B9 had a significant inhibitory effect on chrysanthemum “Puma” Increased concentrations (2 50 ppm, 350 ppm, 450 ppm) enhanced inhibition.
