本文介绍了目标管理方法的基本概念及其在台站工作中的应用。通过对湖州地震台实施此法以来的情况与效果的分析,认为目标管理法在台站的实施对于提高台站的工作效率,对实现台站工作的规范化、科学化都起了促进作用,已取得初步效果。因此,认为目标管理法是一种值得进一步探索和在地震台站偿试推广应用的科学管理方法。但这不是台站管理工作的全部内容,更不能以此代替政治思想工作。
This article introduced the basic concept of the target management method and its application in station work. Based on the analysis of the situation and effect since Huzhou Seismostation implemented this method, it is considered that the implementation of the target management law at the station has played a catalytic role in improving the working efficiency of the station and in standardizing and scientifically implementing the station work. Achieved initial results. Therefore, it is considered that the Governing Law is a scientific management method that is worth exploring further and trying to popularize and apply at seismic stations. However, this is not the entire content of station management, nor can it replace political and ideological work.
