《魂归离恨天》是张爱玲的最后一个电影剧本,这部作品无论从故事情节,甚至人物的设置上都和艾米莉·勃朗特的《呼啸山庄》存在着巨大的相似之处,本文通过文本细读的方法剖析对照两部作品,从而发现《魂归离恨天》在对外国作品的借鉴与创新之间有着精彩之处和存在着不足。
“The Return of the Soul” is the last film script by Eileen Chang. This work has great similarities with Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights in terms of the plot and even the characters. This article analyzes and contrasts two works through textual reading, and finds out that there is a wonderful place and some shortcomings in the reference and innovation of foreign works.
