采用分析电镜及PV9201区域作图功能,检测镍基GH141高温合金加入La后的组织特征和La的分布,取得了满意的结果。对于阐明微量La显著改善合金的热塑性,提供了可信的根据。同时,通过该项实验,也充分显示了数字X射线图像的优越性。观察发现,本合金由于添加微量La元素,组织中多出现具有核心的物相结构。经鉴定,核心部份为La-O或La-O-S化合物,其周围包以MC型一次碳化物。此种结构的形成,分散并球化了原来粗大的长片状碳化物。这是合金热塑性得以提高的主要机理。
The microstructure and La distribution of Ni-based superalloy GH141 after La addition were investigated by SEM and PV9201, and satisfactory results were obtained. It provides a credible basis for clarifying that the trace amount of La significantly improves the thermoplasticity of the alloy. At the same time, through the experiment, also fully demonstrated the advantages of digital X-ray images. Observation found that due to the addition of a small amount of La element, the organization appears more than the core of the phase structure. It has been identified that the core is La-O or La-O-S compounds surrounded by MC-type primary carbides. The formation of such a structure, scattered and spheroidization of the original coarse long piece of carbide. This is the main mechanism by which the alloy’s thermoplasticity can be increased.
