目的 :探讨nm2 3基因在涎腺良、恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :用nm2 3多克隆抗体作免疫组织化学染色分析 86例涎腺良性、恶性无转移、恶性有转移肿瘤及转移淋巴结中nm2 3基因的表达情况。结果 :nm2 3基因在良性涎腺肿瘤中表达最高 (80 % ) ,随着涎腺肿瘤恶性程度增高 ,阳性表达率进一步下降(无转移组表达率为 5 6 % ,转移组表达率为 35 % ) ,组间差异均具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3基因可能在涎腺恶性肿瘤的形成和转移过程中起不同的调节作用 ,其表达水平与涎腺肿瘤淋巴结转移呈负相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23 gene in benign and malignant tumors of salivary glands and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods: nm23 polyclonal antibody was used to detect the expression of nm23 gene in 86 cases of salivary gland benign, malignant metastatic, malignant metastatic tumor and metastatic lymph node by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of nm23 gene in benign salivary gland tumor was the highest (80%). The positive expression rate of salivary gland tumor was further decreased with the malignant degree of salivary gland tumor (the positive rate was 56%, the negative rate was 35% ), The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P <0 05). CONCLUSION: nm23 gene may play different roles in the formation and metastasis of salivary gland malignant tumors. The expression of nm23 gene is negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis of salivary gland tumors.
