目的:建立大鼠肾辐射损伤的骨代谢障碍模型制备方法。方法:应用15Gyγ射线照射大鼠肾脏的方法制备肾辐射损伤模型,观察肾组织病理改变、肾功能、骨量、骨生物力学性能等骨代谢效应。结果:15Gyγ射线局部照射大鼠肾脏可引起肾组织病理和肾功能明显改变;肾辐射损伤可诱发明显的骨代谢障碍,表现为骨量丢失,骨结构改变和生物力学性能降低。结论:采取肾辐射损伤的方法可以制备大鼠骨代谢障碍模型。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of bone metabolism disorder induced by radiation injury in rats. Methods: The model of renal radiation injury was established by irradiating the kidney of rats with 15Gy γ-rays. The pathological changes of kidney, renal function, bone mass and bone biomechanical properties such as bone metabolism were observed. RESULTS: Local irradiation of rat kidney with 15Gy γ-ray could cause significant changes in renal pathology and renal function. Renal radiation injury induced obvious bone metabolism disorder, which was characterized by loss of bone mass, alteration of bone structure and decrease of biomechanical properties. Conclusion: The rat model of bone metabolism can be prepared by the method of radiation injury of the kidney.
