一、前言 力量是体育运动中各个项目的重要素质,没有力量就没有成绩。任何一个运动项目的优异成绩的取得都与其形态、结构、机能、素质、技术、战术、心理、智力等分不开。特别是素质,它主要包括速度、力量、耐力、柔韧、灵敏、协调、弹跳力七项。短跑运动员的主要素质是速度和力量。在运动实践中,教练员对速度的发展相当重视,但对力量的发展还停留在50~60年代的认识水平上。一谈到力量训练,就认为只是进杠铃房,手段单调,方法简单,致使力量与速度素质发展不协调,影响了短跑运动员成绩的提高。对此,我们必须弄清短跑运动员力量训练的力量区、特点、形式、方法及注意问题。只有这样,才能在训练中有的放矢,事半功倍。
