目的观察未成年大鼠亚慢性染镉对卵巢生长发育的影响。方法 48只大鼠按体重随机分为4组(对照组和低、中、高染毒组),氯化镉浓度分别为0、0.5、2.0和8.0mg/kg,每天1次灌胃染毒,每周6d,连续5周。于动情前期处死大鼠,观察镉对大鼠卵巢生长发育的影响。结果与对照组相比,高剂量组动情间期延长,而动情期缩短;各染毒剂量组体重下降,但卵巢重量和脏器系数差异无统计学意义;与对照组相比,高剂量组闭锁卵泡占比升高,而生长卵泡下降;血清雌激素(E2)无明显改变,孕激素(P4)呈下降趋势,但与对照组差异无统计学意义;各染毒组颗粒细胞培养液E2、P4水平均低于对照组。结论未成年大鼠亚慢性染镉,会影响卵巢卵泡发育及性激素分泌功能。
Objective To observe the effects of subchronic cadmium in young rats on ovarian growth and development. Methods Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group and low, middle and high exposure groups) according to body weight. Concentrations of cadmium chloride were 0, 0.5, 2.0 and 8.0 mg / kg, 6days a week for 5 weeks. The rats were killed at early estrus to observe the effect of cadmium on the growth and development of ovary in rats. Results Compared with the control group, the high-dose group prolonged the period of estrus and the estrus period was shortened. The body weight of each dose group decreased, but the ovarian weight and organ coefficient had no significant difference. Compared with the control group, the high-dose group The percentage of atresia follicles increased while the number of growth follicles decreased. There was no significant change in serum estrogen (E2) and progesterone (P4) showed a downward trend, but there was no significant difference with control group. , P4 levels were lower than the control group. Conclusion Subchronic Cd exposure in undead rats may affect ovarian follicular development and sex hormone secretion.
