菠菜性耐寒,其生长喜冷凉的气候,故我国各地主要在秋、冬、春季栽培;在夏季高温多雨季节种植菠菜难度很大,除在高纬度、高海拔夏季气候冷凉地区可栽培外,其他地区则难以种植。随着市场需求的变化,在我省种植越夏菠菜已势在必行。我们试用遮阳蔽雨的方法在夏季种植菠菜,获得成功,1/15公顷产量达1500千克以上,售价达6元/千克。收入非常可观,且时间短,40天左右可收获一茬。
