代换:该机行输出部分采用射极输出形式,脉冲为负极性80V_(p-p),国内没有同类型的行输出变压器直接代换。实践证明:把国内生产的BSH3101行输出变压器略为改动后可作代换。方法是先把BSH3101变压器的1、3、5、8脚齐根剪断。印刷版上的孔是逆时针编号的,而BSH3101是顺时针编号。把变压器的2脚插入⑦孔焊好,这时4脚正好插入⑤孔,也焊好。然后把⑥脚与⑧、⑨孔连通,7脚接地,如图1(电路图中④孔接地,实际是⑤孔接地)。
Substitution: The machine output part of the emitter output form, the pulse is negative polarity 80V_ (p-p), there is no domestic direct substitution of the same type of output transformer. Practice has proved that the output of the domestic production of the BSH3101 transformer slightly changed after the substitution. The first method is to BSH3101 transformer pinch root 1,3,5,8 cut. The holes on the printing plate are numbered counterclockwise while the BSH3101 is numbered clockwise. 2 feet into the transformer ⑦ hole welding is good, then 4 feet just inserted ⑤ hole, but also welded well. Then ⑥ feet and ⑧, ⑨ hole connectivity, 7 feet grounded, as shown in Figure 1 (④ hole hole in the circuit diagram, in fact, ⑤ hole grounding).
