以低碳合金钢8620RH材质齿轮锻件毛坯为研究对象,研究开发了一种新型的锻件预处理工艺:利用中频快速加热锻件毛坯,空冷至适当温度放入等温炉,短时保温后出炉空冷的正火工艺。试验选取了典型环类零件,制定了3种不同加热温度的等温正火工艺进行试验,对金相组织和硬度、晶粒度等进行分析研究,最终确定了一种最合理的工艺方案。此工艺最大特点是热处理过程用时短、速度快、效率高。
In this paper, a new type of forging pre-treatment process is studied and developed based on 8620RH low-carbon alloy steel gear forging blank. The forging blank is rapidly heated by IF, air-cooled to the proper temperature and placed in an isothermal furnace, short- Fire craft. The experiment selected the typical ring parts, developed three different isothermal normalizing temperature of the test process, the microstructure and hardness, grain size and so on were analyzed and studied, and ultimately to determine the most reasonable process scheme. The biggest feature of this process is the heat treatment process is short, fast, high efficiency.
