本论文以耐冷粳稻品种丽江新团黑谷及冷敏感籼稻品种IR29为研究材料,在4℃低温条件下进行处理,采用荧光定量PCR技术分析MYB转录因子候选基因的表达模式。研究发现低温胁迫条件下,45个MYB基因在两个品种中的表达谱存在较大差异,鉴定了部分耐冷品种特异冷胁迫差异表达MYB基因;另外有小部分MYB基因在两个品种表达方式一致,但表达量存在较大差异。结果表明MYB基因低温胁迫下的不同表达方式或差异表达量可能与两个品种的不同耐冷性相关,研究为进一步分析耐冷候选MYB基因功能打下了基础。
In this study, Cold-tolerant japonica rice variety Lijiang Xintuanheigu and cold-sensitive indica rice variety IR29 were used as material to treat MYB transcription factor candidate gene at low temperature of 4 ℃. The expression patterns of MYB transcription factor candidate genes were analyzed by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results showed that there were significant differences in the expression profiles of 45 MYB genes between the two cultivars under low temperature stress, and some MYB genes differentially expressed under cold stress were identified. In addition, a small number of MYB genes were expressed in two varieties in a consistent manner , But the amount of expression there is a big difference. The results showed that the expression or differential expression of MYB gene under low temperature stress may be related to the different cold tolerance of the two cultivars, and the research laid the foundation for further analysis of the MYB gene function of the cold tolerant candidate.
