南宋林之奇的《尚書全解》雖然在宋代《尚書》學史上佔有重要的地位,但是今人關注、研究不多。其成書及流傳等方面存在不少問題,本文對此進行了梳理與考證,修正了前人一些錯誤觀點。並對其《洛誥》以下部分的真僞,進行了研究。根據原書中的内證,結合南宋黄倫等人對其書的引用等推考,今考定其并非僞作,而是其孫1録自林氏門人傳抄之講義。
