Middle school students are often prone to some negative emotions because of their stress, ideal orientation and interpersonal relationship. If not adjusted to these emotions, it will cause physical and psychological disorders or even cause disease. To solve the problem of negative psychological emotions of middle school students, students in secondary schools, schools and families need multi-pronged approach. At present, we can explore and practice from the following aspects. 1. Improve self-psychological adjustment ability of middle school students.
