近年来,随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的深入,我国各个医院跟随国家政策的转变不断完善自身各项管理制度,提高自身综合能力的同时,从根本出发为我国人民的健康生活做出基础性保障。但是,随着市场开发与竞争的日益激烈化,我国部分医院在日常经营上的压力不断加大,如何优化自身资源配置,构建长远战略目标也就成为现阶段医院经营管理的主要工作内容之一,而内部控制制度作为医院实行各项工作的基础性保障,如何建立健全医院内部控制制度也就成为一个重要的探讨话题。
