科学编制保护发展规划2017年底前编制完成编制省域保护发展规划《安徽省传统村落保护利用发展规划》,明确总体要求、保护体系、重点任务、实施项目、投入机制和保障措施。制定《安徽省传统村落规划建设技术指引》,构建传统建筑保护修缮和更新利用技术体系。传统村落所在地县级政府开展村落建档,编制村落保护发展规划,并按程序报批。
